The cold and thermal impact test box is suitable for the overall performance of various electronic parts, hardware and home appliances, plastic materials, automobiles, medical, chemical, communication and other industries products and materials in the rapid temperature change (normal temperature - high temperature - low temperature - normal temperature - low temperature - normal temperature) environment. It is suitable for product development, design, production, inspection and other departments of temperature and humidity environment testing in various industries.
Using 7 inches of Chinese and English display color touch screen screen, simple operation, easy program editing, can display the complete system operation status related data, implementation and setting program curve. When an abnormal situation occurs during operation, the screen automatically displays the cause of the fault immediately and provides troubleshooting methods

Thermal shock test chamber features:
1. The three-box type hot and cold impact test chamber is divided into three parts: high temperature area, test area and low temperature area. The product to be tested is placed in the test area.
2. Using 7 inches in Chinese and English to display color touch screen screen, simple operation, easy program editing, can display the complete system operation status related data, implementation and setting program curve (as shown on the right). When an abnormal situation occurs during operation, the screen automatically displays the cause of the fault immediately and provides troubleshooting methods.
3. Shock mode The air duct is switched to import the temperature into the test area for cold and hot shock test.
4. When high temperature impact or low temperature impact, single time and cycle impact number can be set, the maximum time of a single time can reach 999H, and the maximum cycle can reach 9999 times.
5. In order to reduce the energy waste and consumption of hot and cold shock, our company technically introduces the servo control technology of refrigerant flow opening and adopts advanced long-term frost exemption patent technology, which effectively reduces the number and time required for defrost; Different from the old cold and heat shock machine, it needs to be defrosted every 10 to 20 cycles. In practical use, according to the lead-free process test conditions to set, it is necessary to perform at least 1000 cycles, and perform 50 defrosting, and each defrosting takes two hours, which is equivalent to wasting 100 hours (about 4 days) of test time and electricity.
Safety protection device:

2. Motor over-temperature, over-current protection;
3. Power reverse phase and undersequence protection;
4. Compressor overheating, overcurrent, high pressure protection;
5. Heater short circuit, overtemperature, overcurrent protection;
